3 Types of Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs earn money by selling products or services to consumers. There are three types of entrepreneurs: Self-Employed (Hustler), Business Owner
(Boss), and Investor (Capitalist).

The Self-Employed entrepreneur has developed a business model or “system of earning money” by physically selling products or services to consumers. The Business Owner entrepreneur, also has a system of earning money, but employs or hires others to run that system for him or her. The Investor entrepreneur has proven to be so efficient at earning money that he or she now simply owns, buys, and sells assets like real estate, stocks, bonds, and/or mutual funds, and makes loans to receive interest income.

Unlike the employee, the entrepreneur’s income is unlimited because the entrepreneur does not sell time or hours, but rather products or services. One of the reasons “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer” is because the rich sell products or services that can be sold 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Selling time or labor/skills for an hourly wage is limited because there are only 24 hours in a day, and there comes a point where no matter how much extra money an employee can make, it will not be possible or worth giving up more hours.
